Santo André and Sumaré have used their editions as a business card, presenting their attributes to the world.
At the entrepreneur fair promoted by SEBRAE, FE24, which took place from October 11 to 14 at São Paulo Expo, the Municipal Government of Santo André equipped its stand with the City’s Book Santo André SP Edition launched this year.
The publication, rich in information and data about the city's economic and cultural aspects, acts as an intermediary in establishing partnerships at national and international levels. During the event, it was the vehicle used by the city government to present its city to visitors to its stand.
Present at the event were the Secretary of Development and Job Creation, Mr. Evandro Banzato, the State Secretary of Tourism, Mr. Roberto Lucena, as well as the city's elected mayor, Mr. Gilvan Júnior.
The Book has also fulfilled its purpose in another large city.
The Municipal Government of Sumaré used its edition in several meetings, including with representatives from countries such as Spain, China, Taiwan, India, Israel and Sweden.
These meetings, which take place with Consuls and Presidents of Chambers of Commerce, aim to strengthen commercial relations and discuss business opportunities and exchanges in various segments. For this reason, it is necessary to have on hand a material such as the City’s Book, published in a bilingual version (Portuguese and English) that summarizes the main attractions and good administrative practices of the municipality in question.
